VIGOUR was born from a shared vision between Jean Paul Salon’s owner, Amanda O’Hearn, and our very own, Beckie Harrica, Physician Assistant and Practice Manager for Chao Plastic Surgery, backed by the medical expertise of the prestigious Dr. Jerome Chao.
